With a curriculum inspired by global early childhood education practices and aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP), we focus on developing confident, curious, and emotionally secure learners. Our experienced educators encourage children to discover their unique strengths while building essential academic, social, and life skills.
Mrs. Suman Misra
Co-founder
She has a vast experience of 10years in the field of education, Has been successfully running two branches of Preschool in Lucknow city . She is also an active Social worker and has been working for the welfare of differently able children and also provides free education to children of economically weaker section of the society.
Dr. Tushar Chetwani
(C.E.O)
Dr. Tushar Chetwani is a Co-Founder of The Pride And Joy Preschool & is heading the Finance Department of the Company. He has a vast experience of 17 years in the field of education. He is Author of National Best Seller Books – Memory Infinite & Exams Decoded, he has also been awarded as the Best Memory Trainer’s Awardee of India in the year 2009. He is General Secretary for Lucknow Preschool Association since 2015. As a memory professional he feels that the most crucial years for brain development of a child is below 6 years & unfortunately most of us ignore this age group thinking that the children are too small to join a preschool & should be restricted to the comfort of his house, this type of delay in sending the child to a preschool not only hinders the social development, language development but adversely affects the brain development of the child.
Dr. Shyamalee Missra
(Finance Head)
She has a vast experience of 10years in the field of education, Has been successfully running Two
preschool Branches at Lucknow and has also been visiting Assistant professor at Lucknow University faculty of Law. She has been Gold medalist Lucknow University in 2015 and has been awarded Phd degree in Law. She is also an active Social worker and has been Member of Blinds Association (Dr Shakuntala Misra Blinds Association) for more than 15 years and has been dedicatedly working
for the welfare of visually challenged children .
Dr. Tulika Samant
(Operations Head)
Dr. Samant, a passionate educator, entrepreneur, and social worker, envisions a brighter future through early childhood education. As the Co-Founder of The Pride and Joy Preschool, she emphasizes cognitive development in the crucial early years. With a strong commitment to social impact, she has collaborated with NGOs and government schools, empowering young minds and shaping a stronger nation.
Mrs. Yashi Tiwari
(Legal Head)
Mrs. Yashi Tiwari is a master's degree holder in science along with being a certified child counsellor. Not only that, she is also pursuing advocacy. She is passionate about teaching and training women of all age groups to become competent educators like her, because she believes that learning never stops. She has been doing so for the last 18 years. Mrs. Tiwari's branch of The Pride And Joy Preschool
is in the top branches of the City not only because of her impeccable qualification, but also because of her empathetic nature which shines through her skills as a counsellor both academically and
psychologically for students struggling with ADHD and other learning disabilities.
Mrs. Mallika Chetwani
(Academic Head)
Mrs. Mallika Chetwani is a Co-Founder of The Pride And Joy Preschool & is heading the Human Resource Department of the Company. She has a vast experience of 17 years in the field of preschool education. She has been awarded as the “Nari Samman Puraskar” by Dainik Jagran Inext for her contribution in the field of Preschool Education. She strongly believes that Parents and Schools are 50:50 partners in nurturing the children and bringing out their true potential in the best possible way. She is a determined woman with only one mission of educating, evolving and the little ones. A preschool is a second home for the child and therefore parents must do proper research before taking admission in any Preschool, Parents must check a few parameters like Safety, Security, Hygiene, Curriculum, Qualification of Teachers, Adult Child Ratio etc. They should also take the feedback of Parents & Ex Parents of the school before taking any decision as the maximum brain development happens under 6 years and we cannot afford to take a wrong decision.
Mr. Siddharth Tuteja
(Business Head)
With over nine years of experience in early childhood education, I am committed to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for the little kids. I hold a BSc in Mathematics (Honours) from Delhi University and a degree in Child Psychology, which provides me with a deep understanding of cognitive and emotional development in young learners. My strong foundation in analytical thinking, leadership, and policy awareness guides my work as an educator and entrepreneur. In addition to running my preschool, I am passionate about engaging in community-driven educational initiatives and welfare work, including environmental conservation and promoting sustainable practices.
